No refund for failed test realiq.online

Tried to take the test on realiq.online but ran into constant technical problems. The site kept freezing, and I had to restart several times, which caused me to lose all progress each time. It became impossible to complete the test properly.

I’m not here to rant, just wanted to reflect on the situation and compare experiences with others facing the same issues.

In Game support is telling me that ask for a refund if you charge for this purchase. Apple reject Refund without any reason just update status to not eligible. How can I appeal a declined Meta Verified refund from Apple? I applied for my business instagram to be Meta verified, which was declined because my name didn’t match the records. Not sure how that could be because I’ve used the same passport to Meta verify my personal account. I then received a msg to say I could apply for a refund, which I did but it was declined by the app store stating that I was ineligible. Instagram now displays a page saying that I can apply again once the refund is processed, but when I click on “check refund status” button, it tells me that I’m ineligible for a refund. I seem to be stuck in a loop. I can’t contact neither company to get an answer. any help? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

I faced the same issue, had to restart four times, still couldn’t finish.
