How can I appeal a declined Meta Verified refund from Apple?

Hi, any updates on this? My Instagram account is also stuck in a loop of waiting for a refund and Apple rejecting it. I need my Meta Verified features back ASAP!

I'm in the same situation, contacted apple by chat and they redirect me to the policy saying that the refund system is automated and there is nothing I can do about it.

I've contacted Meta about this and let them know about the situation and they're investigating it, but no solution so far, I offered them to refund me to refund via an alternative method or manually override the verification process which is now stuck in refund state, let me know if you figured it out ?

same problem with me from my account 2 times amount is deducted and both parties are blaming each other. Apple support says your refund is provided by the developer (instagram) on other hands Instagram team says only apple can issue a refund. Both company apple and Instagram do scam with us and rob our money.
