Why My Refund Request is not eligible for a refund after 24 hours of purchase?
Hello, Apple officials.
On 13th Oct 11:09 AM Pakistan Standard Time I Subscribe to Prime Plus in Pubg Mobile The whole Process was successful from the apple side but in the end, the purchased item was not delivered to my account. I Contact game customer support and they answer but not regarding my point of view, They are claiming that your purchase was not successful therefore you should ask for a refund from the apple side.
in the meantime, over 24 hours passed. When I request a refund of my purchase, apple replied after some time that my refund request is not eligible.
There is no way to contact apple from Pakistan I search a lot for a support email in which I can share with them everything or they should ask me some questions from me regarding my issue. But I didn't find any email. And the Pakistan Custome support numbers are wrong and not connected.

In Game support is telling me that ask for a refund if you charge for this purchase.
Apple reject Refund without any reason just update status to not eligible.
Please Help me its not the first time I am facing this problem. But Its the first time I am posting in discussion forum about this problem.
