Why My Refund Request is not eligible for a refund after 24 hours of purchase?

Hello, Apple officials.


On 13th Oct 11:09 AM Pakistan Standard Time I Subscribe to Prime Plus in Pubg Mobile The whole Process was successful from the apple side but in the end, the purchased item was not delivered to my account. I Contact game customer support and they answer but not regarding my point of view, They are claiming that your purchase was not successful therefore you should ask for a refund from the apple side.

in the meantime, over 24 hours passed. When I request a refund of my purchase, apple replied after some time that my refund request is not eligible.


There is no way to contact apple from Pakistan I search a lot for a support email in which I can share with them everything or they should ask me some questions from me regarding my issue. But I didn't find any email. And the Pakistan Custome support numbers are wrong and not connected.

Apple reject Refund without any reason just update status to not eligible.



Please Help me its not the first time I am facing this problem. But Its the first time I am posting in discussion forum about this problem.

We can not speak or act for Apple. We would like to help however:


It may be that Apple merely passed your payment to the App developer for you, Eg: It wasn't used for Apple Products.

If so, then Apple would not have your money to refund to you ... the app developer would have your money.


So you are not charged monthly:

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed – Apple Support

Hi brbo.

Thanks for your reply. As for canceling my current subscription I already cancel it to not be charged further. But my case is only that in Which game I subscribe to one of their in-game subscriptions. The subscription was successful but not delivered and the in-game support is claiming that your purchase was not successful if you charged for this you should be asked for a refund from apple and apple is rejecting the refund request. My balance is deducted and the item was not received in my account I have all proof of that. And I don't know how to contact apple about this issue.


If apple transfer money to the developer then why is the PUBG Mobile in-game support claiming that your purchase was not successful and asking for a refund from the corresponding payment method?


All I want from both companies is or delivered my purchase package to my account or a refund of my money. And both are not happening. Can anyone tell me what my fault is in all this?

Dear Bro.


When I was Subscribing to this in-game purchase, I went entirely through the apple payment gateway. A subscription popped up from apple and then I verified the purchase by clicking the side button twice. The successfully subscribed message shows on the screen but when I click OK the package was not delivered to my account.


Then When I contact in-game support about this they told me that my purchase was not successful please ask for a refund and ask for a refund from apple after 24 hours of the purchase apple deny a refund without giving me any reason for rejection.


Now, All I want to know that how I contact apple directly about this issue. This issue must be solved because my balance was deducted from my account and I did not get anything for my deducted money.
