Share internet connection from Windows 11 to iPhone via USB tethering

Hello, Is it possible to share internet connection through USB tethering in opposite way? There is computer with Windows 11 connected to internet through wired ethernet and I need to share this internet connection through USB tethering to iPhone 13, because there is no wifi or any other wireless Internet available.

I was able to install some older iTune with "Apple Mobile Device Ethernet" driver. However this driver was not able to run properly. In the latest iTune release there was no "Apple Mobile Device Ethernet" available.

My basic question is, if this feature is supported? And if yes, how to install or configure it?

I don't think so. The USB connection to a computer is designed to expose the camera roll for import and support syncing of the device to iTunes, or Apple Music via Apple Devices. It isn't, as far as I am aware, able to support a tunnel to the Internet. The Apple Mobile Device Ethernet driver might support using an iPhone as a hotspot, or wireless syncing. The Microsoft Store version of iTunes doesn't expose additional components that might be removed or updated separately but similar functionality may be included in the iTunes bundle.
