Apple Business Manager app purchases not appearing

We have had a working setup for our apps for years now, as far as being able to purchase apps through ABM. However, yesterday I tried to purchase some more apps and although the purchase appears to be successful they are not showing up in my list of available apps.


They were free apps so no billing notification. But normally I get a email showing the purchase. never got any.

I experienced the same issue in my environment and contacted ABM support for clarification. According to their response, this is a known issue with ABM that has been occurring over the past 1-2 days. Their engineering team is currently working on resolving this problem.


I wanted to share this information with the community so others experiencing similar issues know that ABM is aware of the problem and actively working on a fix. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon.
