Apple Business Manager app purchases not appearing

I set up ABM a few months back and had everything working fine as far as being able to purchase apps through ABM. However, today I tried to purchase some more apps and although the purchase appears to be successful they are not showing up in my list of available apps.


My previously purchased apps are still there but the new recent aren't showing up. When I go into Billing & Payments they do show up in the purchase history.


Is anyone else experiencing this behaviour?

As recently as a week ago, this was working fine for us, however today one of our staff needed a new app added, so we attempted to 'purchase' the free app in our business manager account and are experiencing similar behavior. The 'purchases' seems to be successful (we tried a couple of times), but then the app doesn't appear in our list, though the purchase attempts do show up in the purchase history. We also have not received the email notification about the purchase from Apple as we'd normally get. I expect others are experiencing the same trouble... I'm still waiting to hear back from Apple Support on the matter.
