iTunes problem loading music on to new iPhone 16

I have synced my new iPhone 16 on iTunes on my MacBook but not all the tracks are available. I get the message "this item is not currently available in your country or region" however, of the 7000+ tracks 95% of them are burned from discs I own and NOT purchased from the iTunes store. how can I correct this?

Playing CD tracks on iPhone In the last year or so, I've stopped being able to play tracks on my iPhone that come from CDs I've loaded into iTunes (PC). This was fine until recently, but now one of two things happens - either they are no longer visible on my iPhone at all, or if they are, they can't play, and come up with the notice that they are not 'available in my region'. I have tried multiple ways of syncing from iTunes (automatic sync, manually manage music, sync ticked songs, dragging songs etc). I have also logged out of and then back into Media & Purchases, but nothing seems to work. My iPhone is perfectly happy playing songs downloaded onto my PC. Has anyone got any ideas about how to fix this - or is it an effort to get me to subscribe to Apple Music....?

How can I fix error "This item is not currently available in your country or region"? Just purchased 3 CDs and loaded them onto my computer. When I tried synching them onto my iPhone I get the following message for all the songs "This item is not currently available in your country or region." Since I bought the CDs, I don't know why my country or region should matter. But, my region is the United States and I purchased the CDs in the US. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Are you manually synchronizing music to the iPhone? Or are you using Sync Library in connection with an Apple Music or iTunes Match subscription?
