Same here. I chatted with the Support online on 6/13/25 and via phone on 6/14/25, and they said they would escalate and have me try again the next day. No luck so far...

Apple will not see reports of issues like yours in these user-to-user forums. However, an Apple employee will see such reports posts if you use this link:

I've solved the problem! If you use Chrome, open an other incognito window and try it again. It works.

Solved the problem: I was getting this error too when submitting though Microsoft egde - I changed to Chrome and the application went through!

Can confirm using Chrome incognito method worked for me too 👍🏻 maybe clear cache and cookies and try again?
