Unable to see "my applications" under Apple careers portal.

Dear Apple staff,

I am unable to view my current job applications under "my applications" tab in the careers' portal. When clicking the tab, I am met with the following cryptic message:

"If you feel that you’ve received this message in error, please notify your primary contact at Apple."

I would appreciate if anyone could point me to what may be triggering this error.

When attempting to submit for Apple Career jobs, I keep getting "Error: We were unable to complete your request. Please try again later." When attempting to complete applying for Apple Career jobs, I keep getting "Error: We were unable to complete your request. Please try again later." All profile items including LinkedIn, resume and personal information were all filled out properly. This error occurs after the last step when attempting to submit the resume as a final step.

The site has done the same for me for years. I’ve never been able to go to the “Your Application” section, and no one has ever been able to explain way.

I don’t have a primary contact at Apple. It’s all quite odd.
