cannot submit job application on Applejobs.com. no error messages

I am trying to submit a resume/application on apple jobs.com and I fill out all the application and attach resume as directed and hit submit. Button pushes on the screen like it works but nothing happens and it is not submitted. Cannot find any support for this website?

Unable to see "my applications" under Apple careers portal. Dear Apple staff, I am unable to view my current job applications under "my applications" tab in the careers' portal. I would appreciate if anyone could point me to what may be triggering this error.

Applejobs.com is not a legitimate Apple website. Visit Apple.com/jobs.
