Messenger Kids issue “Message cannot be displayed” error on my iPhone

Not unusual, Meta has never been known for offering customer service. I am actually surprised you were even able to get a response from them at all. This has been reported since the last update to Messenger Kids that was made available by Meta a week ago. Your device would have downloaded it sometime after that.

The message is one that Messenger shows when an account is blocked, deactivated, or deleted, it is not Apple that is showing that message in the Messenger app, and certainly a glitch in the app may be showing that message due to a problem in the latest update..

Our iPhones are having the same issue. Meta says it’s Apple but Apple says it’s Meta. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Are you paying Meta for service? No? Not surprised you're not getting much in the way of support from them. You are not their customer. You are the product they sell.

I had same issue on Ipad and Iphone. I just went to switch accounts in kids messenger on iphone and it asked me to log in. once I did that messages are visible now. had to log in ipad as well for the messages to become visible again.

Contact Meta for help with their software, this is not an Apple issue.
