Not unusual, Meta has never been known for offering customer service. I am actually surprised you were even able to get a response from them at all. This has been reported since the last update to Messenger Kids that was made available by Meta a week ago. Your device would have downloaded it sometime after that.


The message is one that Messenger shows when an account is blocked, deactivated, or deleted, it is not Apple that is showing that message in the Messenger app, and certainly a glitch in the app may be showing that message due to a problem in the latest update..
