Why can’t i search or play musical cars from my Apple Watch?

I was having problems with my Apple Watch last week when i was running in top golf and stoped abruptly and it would stop sending SOS messages out and decided to call 911 92 different times and would not stop sending help messages to my emergency contacts, so i unpaired it from my phone and repaired it to my iPhone 16 pro max and now i can search for music or play playlists and it’s really frustrating me to high heavens, please help
