Genius Results Can't Be Updated Right Now. An Unknown Error Occurred (4010)

I have searched this community and tried all the tips to fix this but I still can't get my local library to sync to the iCloud Music Library. I've turned off Malwarebytes, deleted iTunes, deleted the Genius database file that was suggested, etc.


Does anyone have any other solutions?
