Update iCloud Library: An unknown error has occurred
Recently my iCloud library does not update using the Apple Music App on my Windows PC.

As of 6/29 when I connect either my iPhone or iPad to the apple devices my music is not loaded and a message "The apple Music Library could not be opened, to fix this open the apple music app".
When I follow the link to do so the Apple Music app comes up with all of my music, but when I return to the apple devices app, it now says unknown error. So my music appears on the Music app, but my ability to sync it to my devices no longer exists.
