my icloud music library will not sync keep getting genius results can't bevupdated right now unknown error (0x80090302)

I'm getting the same error message on Windows 7 and iTunes 12.10.11.2. This just came up in the past few days. I have another PC running Windows 10 with iTunes and there are no issues.

I have a ticket into Support and am awaiting a reply from them.

If I toggle on, then off, genius, for a few seconds all the songs that should be in the playlist show up.

The the same error message pops up again.

All my playlists show up on several iPads, a desktop, and my phone, but not on this one laptop???

What version of iTunes are you running on what version of Windows?
