Can't Open Logic Pro

Hi there, I have been meaning to try logic pro, But it is not launching at all. It somehow only shows up at the task bar (not sure what to call it, I am a new mac user) and all the options are grayed out, I tried reseting, Re-installing, Even tried to down the OS again from the App store, it didnt work.

Also tried to moving everything from the components folder to a different location, keeping it complelety empty, it still didnt work.

Any idea how to get it running? I kinda bought this mac machine to try and learn logic.
