Connect via Bluetooth ok but not showing as mfi in accessibility >hearing devices. So no phone or streaming to HAs.

Generally hearing aids that are Mfi are connected differently than many other Bluetooth devices. Many require you to connect via Accessibility, not via Bluetooth. That is the way it is for my Resound hearing aids. I suggest that you read and follow the pairing instructions provided with your hearing aids, or go to their website to see the specific instructions for connecting to the iPhone. You may have to remove them from the iPhone completely and start over again.
