It's Time to Upgrade:

Your iPhone is quite obsolete. I'd recommend you upgrade to a much newer model, as bug fix for issues like this have been discontinued for its latest iOS version.

How to Turn On Assistive Touch:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Accessibility
  3. Tap: Touch
  4. Tap: AssistiveTouch.
  5. Toggle: on AssistiveTouch

omaines ~ That behaviour can be a symptom of a weak, aging battery in what could be a 5 year-old iPhone. So...

Does your iPhone SE 2nd gen. still have its original battery?

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...
