Assistive touch keeps turning on all the time

Going to “Accessibility-> all the way down, and unticking everything does NOT help. iphone 7, started after yesterday’s update.

First, if you go Settings> Accessibility> Accessibility Shortcut> is AssistiveTouch select here? If so, AssistiveTouch can be turned on or off quickly, by triple-clicking the side button or triple-click the Home button. More details can be found here:
