Calls directly going to voicemail on iPhone 13 after two rings

Apple iPhone 13: some of my calls are going directly to voicemail. I have my silent mode off sometimes the calls will go to voicemail after two rings how to create an even balance of about four rings going to voicemail.

iPhone 13 Pro Max calls "sometime" go direct to voicemail Not all of my calls are coming through on my Iphone13 ProMax. Sometimes they go to voicemail, other times there is no option for the caller they are just cut off, and other times it works just fine. Calls going to Voicemail after 1/2 ring iPhone 11 Pro Suddenly the majority of my calls ring for approx 1/2 ring them go directly to voicemail even if i try to catch ie answer when i see the call appear, have gone through forums previously posted and tried fixing through settings and also through network settings to no avail any other suggestions? thanks

Contact your carrier. They are the ones who control that.
