Not all of my calls are coming through on my Iphone13 ProMax. Sometimes they go to voicemail, other times there is no option for the caller they are just cut off, and other times it works just fine. As it will not replicate at the Apple Store or the T-mobile store I'm told there is nothing they can do. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Are you silencing unknown callers?
I'd recommend keeping it toggled on though.
This is the only option that blocks callers or silences them.
Another possibility is you have a Focus mode on that is silencing people / the Phone app.
Are you silencing the Phone app or people?
To my knowledge, if a call is not even showing up in Recents, the issue isn't with your carrier or the caller's carrier. Regardless of the features I've listed above are on/off, the calls will always appear in Recents (even if silenced).

Its focus modes. You have to pull down from the top right click on the focus modes and make sure they are all greyed out and none are active! I have confirmed this fix on two different iPhones.
Still experiencing it on my phone. I don't know how many calls have never made it through. The ones from friends and family send me a text when they get nothing. And like I said, my phone shows no missed calls.
I’ve followed all the guides on this and included hard reboots of the phone. It’s been happening for months now, so bad that I am using a landline! Since iOS 17 it’s been a constant issue, doesn’t seem like they will resolve it soon. I never thought I’d say this but I’m considering switching to slow Android phones, but the phones work!!
Yes, I am, but this happening to one’s in my phone book that call all the time. I have tried turning that feature off and on, along with so many other things like resetting my phone and turning it on and off also and it still doesn’t help. It doesn’t even show that I have a missed call when it happens.

I have the same problem. I do not have any focus settings on. When I asked US cellular they said…well cell phones were not made to be used indoors 😂Really lame excuse to ignore the problem.
