Apple Intelligence turned off but still seeing mail summaries

Hello,

I have Apple Intelligence turned off on my phone, as well as in my Mail app. Yet in my non-primary mail categories (updates, promotions, etc), I'm still seeing bulleted summaries instead of the first line or 2 of the message. I don't see the option to turn off summaries because Intelligence isn't enabled. How can I disable the mail summaries? I find that they're inaccurate and unhelpful. Thank you!
