Music Not Updating AIFF and Music Video File Metadata At End Of Playlist

I am running Sequoia 15.4.1 on a Mac Studio M1 Max. The Music app does not update the Play or Date Last Played fields on a playlist where the last item is either an AIFF file or a music video file. Both of these will update correctly if they are anywhere else in a playlist, but not if they are at the end. The video problem has been around since at least February 2024 and used to also happen in the TV app, but that has been corrected in Sequoia. The AIFF problem seems to be new from about February of 2025. This is clearly a bug that needs a code fix. Please let me know where I can file a bug report. Thank you.
