FaceTime Icon not available only for one contact.

My mother in law is not able to FaceTime me just all of a sudden. She says all the icons on my contact are blue (message, email) except the FaceTime icon. Why is she not able to FaceTime me? She can message and call me still. She can FaceTime everyone else no problem, and I have NO issues with others trying to FaceTime me or me them.
