iPhone 15 Pro Max battery draining significantly after iOS 18.4.1 update

My iphone has a battery health of 100% with 125 charge cycles. The battery drainage issue started after I updated my iphone to 18.4.1. Now my iphone charge drops without even using it. I have my background apps turned off except for the necessary ones. I need help as it’s my primary device.
