Receiving an incompatible content, Apple TV app on a Samsung TV

It is only one movie that says in compatible content. I have reset the TV, and deleted and reinstall the app. It’s still saying incompatible content. Please play on Apple device.

Long term Apple problem.

Customer support is well aware of it, but they will pretend they don’t know what you are talking about.

The only fix, in the short term, is to have Apple customer Support remove the movie from your account, give you a refund, and then you repurchase the movie.

However, you have to spend 2-3 hours fighting with Apple customer support to get that resolution.

The long term solution, is the wait a few days, and usually you will be able to then play the movie; or,

use an Apple device.
