Unknown error 13008 -Apple Music on a windows machine

When trying to run Apple Music on a windows machine ( Windows 11) the tools for play do not work.

i get the “unknown error 13008 “ message.

I'm an Apple Music subscriber so I logged in, made some settings changes and am getting a message at the bottom of the window "err = 7506". I've done the same thing on my work pc without issues.

Unknown Error - Try Again when Clicking Home in Apple Music on Windows I can open Apple Music on my Windows 11 laptop, can view songs, playlists, etc, but if I click on Home, I get "An unknown error has occurred. Try again" Clicking Try Again just gives the error again. I've restarted the app, restarted the computer, tried with VPN on and off, nothing has helped. What causes this error and how can it be resolved? There's no error code, so no good way to research it.

When did you install Apple Music for Windows? Is reverting to iTunes an option? It is a more useful piece of software, provided you uninstall Apple Music/Devices/TV first.
