I can open Apple Music on my Windows 11 laptop, can view songs, playlists, etc, but if I click on Home, I get "An unknown error has occurred. Try again" Clicking Try Again just gives the error again. I've restarted the app, restarted the computer, tried with VPN on and off, nothing has helped. What causes this error and how can it be resolved? There's no error code, so no good way to research it.

Love the apple music on my ipad with vocal removal.
I sub to apple music for a very long time, only temperarily stoped since Feb,
when I resumed on May. It all changed on my windows laptop.
I found itunes I used before for subscription service now changed to apple music, and when I opened the app, it always say unknown error.
It is a shame.
I'm having the same issue. Even uninstalled and reinstalled and ensured that all the apple music leftovers were gone, and still, the home page does not work.
