Logic Pro 11 will not launch

I have a relatively new Mac-Mini with M1 chip. No problem using Logic and all my plugins for almost a year. Suddenly and without any warning signs, Logic Pro 11 will not open, scan Audio Units or open projects. Can’t even start a new project.

I’ve tried everything on the list they say to do. Uninstall, reinstall, reboot, without external drives or control surfaces. Deleting .plist files, etc…nothing is working
