iPhone 16 Pro Max Screen Repeatedly Going Black

Hi,


I bought my dad an iPhone 16 Pro Max on December 23, 2024. The screen keeps going black randomly, and I have to force restart it by pressing Volume Up, Volume Down, and then holding the Power button. This is becoming really frustrating.


Since the device is still under Apple warranty, what should I do to get this issue resolved? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My recommendation is that you take advantage of the Apple Warranty that is still active on your iPhone. Contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.
