Trying to watch Severance just shows the spinning wheel for ages. What's very odd is that I can watch other shows no problem.
So, internet is not a problem (all other apps on my TV work fine) but just this issue with Severance.
I have never had such issues with a streaming service as I have had with Apple TV - it's very frustrating. But any help would be much appreciated.

If you are using the Apple TV app on a Samsung TV then I think that is where the issue lies. Another user recently reported a similar issue when using the app on Samsung and reported that Samsung was aware of the issue when they contacted them and issued a fix. Check if your TV has any updates available and contact Samsung if necessary.

(Well, I ended up turning my tv off and giving it a break, but when I turned it back on again, it said it was loading updates and then Apple TV was working fine).
What's odd is that the issue did not impact on any other streaming services, but handy to know this fix for future!
You mention having issues with that specific service, it does use a higher quality rate compared to others. Is the issue specific to that show or do you experience it when attempting to view other shows on Apple TV Plus? If you run a Speedtest on the TV what does it report?
That's what's so odd - I could watch other shows just not Severance. That was at the time, now, however, nothing works, just that irritating spinning wheel. No error message, nothing to tell me what might be wrong. All other streaming services work fine, just Apple.
Speedtest suggests absolutely no issues. It's a Samsung TV so maybe there are incompatibility issues.
