Why is my iPhone 16 Pro Max with iOS 18.3 has no Apple Intelligence?

Hi! I just bought my ip16promax and turned the apple intelligence on but i cant use it. My ipad pro m2 has it but not on my phone.

i checked my settings and yes it is turned on but i cant use it. When i say hey siri its still the same bubble on the bottom. How do i fix it thank you

Apple Intelligence not working on my iPhone 16 after iOS 18.4.1 update I’ve just got my new iPhone 16 and just recently updated to iOS 18.4.1. The apple intelligence is not working and it’s using the old siri. It keeps saying download support, where should I download this? and I keep opening the AI (apple intelligence) in the settings and I’ve already turned it on but still doesn’t working; I even restart/reboot the phone. Apple intelligence not working IOS 18.4.1 IPhone 16 Plus Apple intelligence is not working on my iPhone 16. I have downloaded the latest software update 18.4.1 after I saw apple intelligence was available in Europe. When I opened settings it just doesn’t show anywhere only when I try to search it up, but it takes me to the old Siri settings. Hope anyone here can help me out!

If Apple Intelligence was enabled, then the necessary download itself takes a while, and can sometimes fail.
