Unable to create an iTunes Connect account.

Error message says, "This Apple Account does not have a valid credit card on file. Go to your account to update this account with valid credit card information before trying again."

I have made sure my account has valid information, but I still get the same error message.

Can't sign up for iTunes Connect account Hi, I have been trying to connect my Apple Account with an iTunes Connect account. But when I go to sign up, I get a banner indicating I don't have a valid credit card with my Apple Account, which is completely untrue and in fact I added a couple of others to see if that would work. If I try and skip ahead and select Books and hit continue, it just kicks me out again.

Can’t create iTunes Connect account When I try to create an account for iTunes connect, it says that my Apple ID doesn’t have a valid credit card in payment options, for which I have two working credit cards. It won’t allow me to go any further to create an account because of this help!
