Can’t create iTunes Connect account

When I try to create an account for iTunes connect, it says that my Apple ID doesn’t have a valid credit card in payment options, for which I have two working credit cards. It won’t allow me to go any further to create an account because of this help!

But when I go to sign up, I get a banner indicating I don't have a valid credit card with my Apple Account, which is completely untrue and in fact I added a couple of others to see if that would work. iTunes Connect Application error Hi, trying to create an iTunes Connect account to sell books and completely new to Apple. Started by creating an Apple account, but when I go to log into iTunes Connect it says the account isn't enabled for iTunes Connect - I click 'learn more' which takes me to the iTunes Connect Application, I select 'books' and then select 'continue' - it then asks me to log in using the Apple account which I do but I then get an error message saying 'This Apple Account does not have a valid credit card on file. Go to your account to update this account with valid credit card information before trying again.' I have uploaded two credit cards to my account but this error message still keeps on coming up and I am unable to continue, even though I have two credit cards on the account.

account payment method I can't make a new Apple ID , I need to choose a payment method and want to choose for mobile number. Apple said that I need to connect the ITunes support to go further

Do you sign in using this site: appleid.apple.com

My payment info is there after I sign in.... I use PayPal
