Apple Pencil Pro detected but fails to connect
Good morning,
Recently, my Apple Pencil Pro has stopped connecting to my iPad Air (5th generation). The pencil is detected, and the pairing pop-up appears, but it won’t establish a connection. The text in the pop-up window pulses for about 20 seconds before the entire window disappears. Additionally, the Pencil does not appear under Settings -> Bluetooth
I already tried this:
- forgetting the Pencil and reconnecting it.
- tested the Pencil on other devices and models.
- restarted my iPad and installed all available updates.
At this point, I’m not sure what else I could try, other than contacting support, as the Apple Care coverage for this product has unfortunately already expired.
