Where on the Apple TV App is the Continue watching

I got to be doing something wrong. Surely there’s a spot on the AppleTV app for a show I’m presently watching. I’m watching Silo, like two episodes a day. When I open the App it’s not in the Continue Watching section. In fact the Continue Watching section is all shows I haven’t watched. How could this be? I literally have to find Solo listed somewhere and scroll through the list of episodes until I see the episode that’s next by reading the plot summaries. Wow.

Please verify the setting for Use Play History.

Continue Watching should be populated with content that you have added manually (while not completed), as well as content from supported content providers that you have started watching, but have not completed yet. For TV shows, this would count for released episodes: when you have watched all available episodes, the listing should get hidden until new content is released — because it is a queue list.

If there are multiple accounts on your Apple TV box, then verify that the correct account is active, as this watch history/play history is administrated per account.

If Continue Watching is behaving erratically for you, then consider signing out (for Store services), then signing in again to refresh this account property.
