Anyone else having issues with their iPhone since the 18.3.1 Update

I updated my iPhone 12 to iOS 18.3.1, and it's working fine. No freezing, battery issues, or overheating. It might be a specific issue with iPhone 15 Pro. Have you tried resetting settings or reinstalling the update?

Basic troubleshooting:

Restart, Reset, Restore from backup and Restore as NEW

Yes. 16pro here.

The battery try drains about 30% an hour and the phone runs hot now. It’s definitely something to do with 18.3.1 that isn’t part of the normal “extra activity” that happens post update.

There are plenty of people having the same issue.

I’ve been an Apple partner and engineer for 25 years. So believe me that I’ve tried all of the normal troubleshooting steps to remediate.
