iPhone freezes and drains charge drastically post iOS 18.3 update

Downgrading isn't supported by Apple.

We have 10 users at my work all on 18.3 all different iphone NO issues.

Basic troubleshooting:

Restart, Reset, Retore from backup and Restore as NEW.

The 18.2 is what truly ruined my battery. I couldn’t even update to 18.3 because my battery would not get to the 20% mark after 6 hours. I had to manually shut off the “optimal battery charging” which was never an issue before to even have my phone in the green. This is the 3rd phone apple has ruined my battery on. My battery drains so quick now and I never have extra tabs open and always close my apps. I basically always make sure my phone is not running more then it has to. My battery was optimal at 93% and now its at 80% on my iphone 14 pro. Im waiting for another class action because this has happened to alot of us. Just typing this my phone went from 52% to 38% and apple told me nothing was wrong w my phone. Gaslighting me again. Good luck.
