iphone 16 pro max video stories on instagram look horrible!!!

I recently got the iPhone 16 Pro Max and when I went to upload a video story on instagram it completely changes the color of the video and looks like a faded filter or something, very white color... I had changed all the camera settings and tried uploading videos I took with my previous phone and still the same. I also tried making a video directly from Instagram stories and looks horrible as well. See before and after pictures below. Please HELP!!!!
