trackpad not working in email attachment pop up window

I've tried both gmail and outlook email platforms. When i click "attach", then "browse this computer" a pop up window opens to allow me to choose the file i want to attach. At this point the trackpad is not usable. i can scroll the immediate list with the arrow keys, but I am unable to properly access all folders vie arrow keys. I took a look in trackpad settings and couldn't find anything associated with this problem. Please help! Thanks

Save as dialogue window in Safari is inactive Hello, The issue is that when I select to download a file, because I have set the option "Ask for each download", Safari would open the dialogue window where I usually select the settings for the file to be downloaded - name, path, tags, etc. But the I am unable to click anywhere in that window. I can only close the window using the Esc button on the keyboard. If I use the Tab button the active field move from Save as, Tags, Search, The items on the left(folders) and back to Save as. I am unable to do anything else. It doesn't seem to be a permission issue as I am unable to download files from my Gmail mailbox. I had no issues in the past. I have macOS Ventura 13.1 It started a few days ago and I cannot point any action that might have caused it. I appreciate if anyone can provide help with this. Thank you Rosco

Scrolling While Dragging Issue Scrolling while dragging no longer works for me. In Finder and Mail for example, when I click and hold to drag an object (using the trackpad) I used to be able to scroll (with two fingers) while dragging the object, which I would do in order to move it to a different folder. However, now when I try to scroll when dragging a file, nothing happens. Sometimes it will scroll for a second, but then it stops and is stuck. Any ideas on how to fix this? It's quite annoying...

"Move to Predicted Mailbox" is grayed out. Help! When I wanted to move an email to its folder, (e.g., a Message from "Janice" to the "Janice" folder in the sidebar) I just clicked on Messages and a drop down menu showed a bunch of things including "Janice." I just clicked on that and the email went into the Janice folder. A couple of days ago, it stopped working. Now I see a "Move to Predicted Mailbox" choice that is grayed out. Now I have to drag "Janice" to her folder in the sidebar, and this is a lot more work because my sidebar has so many folders. It involves a lot of scrolling. Is there way to get this feature back?
