iPhone 15 Pro crashing, rebooting, and battery issues after updating to iOS 18.3 and 18.3.1

Immediately after updating to ios 18.3 i started having problems. After the update my phone started crashing and rebooting randomly throughout the day. My battery will go from 92% charged, it will crash and then reboot on its own, and then the battery will say 10%. But then a few moments later it will crash and reboot, and the battery will say its back to 100%. I have had to pretty much keep my phone plugged up to charge, but even then sometimes it will still crash and reboot out of know where. A few days later i cheked to see if there was another update available and my phone said that the ios 18.3.1 was available. I updated to 18.3.1 assuming that it would fix my issues and if anything my phone is worse now.

To give a little more context, I have an Iphone 15 pro through at&t, it is not jail broken, in the settings my battery health says that it is normal, Apple Intelligence is turned off and has never been turned on, and before the update i did not have any problems.

This has caused me many problems because i mainly use my phone for work. I have had my phone crash in the middle of important phone calls and while i have been in the middle of using my GPS for directions. At this point i cant even count on my phone to be available to use even if i have an emergency.

After taking my phone to AT&T they told me that it was a software issue and that there was nothing that they could do. They told me that either I could pay the $600 that it would take me to early upgrade, take the phone to an apple store to see what they say (I do not have the time to do this, I do not have apple care on this device, and my phone is no longer warranty; so idk what they could do except tell me to buy another phone), or I can submit an insurance claim through AT&T because I pay $25 a month for phone insurance, but that is still going to cost me $250 because that is the cost of the deductible. So Im either out of a phone or out of at least $250. All because I updated my phone, something that apple encourages and tells us to do.
