Slow charging issue on my iPhone 16

Additionally you can try unplugging all adapter, cables, chargers for 60 sec in an effort to reset, then compare your results going forward.

Go to Settings > Battery, and see if there is a Slow Charging message. Note that this doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with your iPhone or charger; it just means that your iPhone could charge faster with a higher-wattage charger. Though slow charging your iPhone is much better for the battery capacity and efficiency.

I have a new 16 plus. The chargers I use to charge my android usb-c devices fail to charge this phone faster than a trickle.

I have chargers that support pd3.1 standard and below, and that rate 65w and 85w. I use usb-a chargers with an adaptor. Same issue.

This highlights the ridiculousness of apple not supplying a charger with their devices.
