StandBy clock not working on my iPhone 13 after iOS 18.3.1 update

Since the latest 18.3.1 update when I turn my phone on its side landscape the phone no longer displaces the clock Standby is set on in settings.

After updating iPhone to iOS 18.5, the clock on standby does not update time Since update 18.5 the clock in standby mode does not update the time, it stays still. I found my issue the charger got disconnected. I don’t know how to remove the post.
