iPhone mysteriously not ringing

so whoever suggested go to call blocking and identification, THANK YOU !!

I believe that’s !!! the answer to why some calls are silenced. Those settings all have to be unchecked / off. I had them on and I never realized it

so in my case VERIZON decides that some calls are SPAM and you won’t hear a ring, but they will accept the message and you will see it in your voicemail and it will be in recent calls Also

It’s pretty unusual. I never knew anything about it and I never checked that setting, but I think that’s the answer to silenced calls
