iPhone volume not staying where adjusted - solved (I think)

I had this issue where randomly after watching some videos my volume would go straight to mute despite adjusting the volume using the volume buttons on my iPhone. It was like any time I went to turn up my volume it would revert back to mute. To fix I….

1.) went to settings

2.) go to Accessibility

3.) go to “touch”

4.) click “back tap” and make sure it’s on

5.) select “volume up” (volume down may work as well but this step worked for my iPhone 14)

6.) try adjusting volume and see if it still reverts to mute or volume all the way up.
