"Volume on iPhone 15 turns down without intervention: My iPhone 15 goes all the way down to no volume and I haven’t touched the button. I can turn it all the way up. I’ve checked all the ways this support people have put on here. Has anyone gotten an answer? It’s really pestering me."

Troubleshooting a Muted iPhone:

A. Update your iPhone:
