Refund request for unauthorized charge 60€
Dear Apple Support,
I am writing to request a refund for a charge of €60 that was made to my account through the Apple App Store. I have previously contacted Apple support regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I received no written response, and my case was closed without a clear explanation.
The charge was made without my consent, and I was unable to try the application before being charged. Additionally, I noticed that there are numerous negative reviews for this application, with the exception of one positive review posted on the site itself.
Could you please provide a written response explaining why my refund request was declined? I would appreciate a detailed explanation of the decision, as I believe this issue has not been resolved fairly.
