Refund denied for unexpected payment of 99,990 KZT on Apple subscription

Dear Apple.com Team,

I beg you once again to consider the possibility of returning my money, which was withdrawn suddenly and by mistake. The amount is very large for me, this is money I have earned,

My request screen also attached here.

I didn’t want to buy such expensive subscription, also I immediately denied it. The sum of my refund is 99 990 kzt, which also you can see it in my attached files. My money was unfairly charged from my card. hope to get from you best answer of refund.

P.S. Even I contact with Chat gpt, they wanted to refund, but have no access, only you can refund.

please help me!!!!!!

Charges can't just magically happen. You had to start the purchase in some way yourself. If you downloaded an app with a free trial and you forgot to cancel it, they can renew into paid subscriptions.

If your request was denied by Apple, that’s the end of it. You can’t get a refund.
