Request for Refund for Unauthorized Charges on Cleaner Guru: Cleaning App


Dear Apple Support,


I am writing to request a refund for unauthorized charges related to the Cleaner Guru: Cleaning App. The app has been charging me $6.99 USD weekly since May 2024, even though I was not using the app during this period. I have not knowingly subscribed or authorized any ongoing charges, and I believe this may have been an error.


I would appreciate your assistance in reviewing my account and processing a refund for these charges, which occurred from May 2024 to January 2025.

For purchases on your device, it requires double clicking the side button followed by authorizations using Touch ID/Face ID or Passcode. It is not something that can be done by accident. If you signed up for a free trial, then that must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid any subscription charges. That is how all free trials work.
