When I hit the home button, the numbers come up for the passcode and then their little box goes around where you enter the passcode and then when I press in the numbers, a computer female voice comes on and repeats them and this happens over and over and over, I’ve tried almost everything I would like some answers. When entering passcodes, you need to double-tap in each field before entering every digit. This means that for each of the six digits in the passcode, you must first select the corresponding input field and then perform a double-tap gesture to confirm your selection before entering the digit. To turn off the voice over press 3 times screen lock button continuously.
if it doesn't work try to force restart the device and follow on screen instructions of voice over
